Changeover day

Arrival Time - the villa will be available to you at 4:00pm on the day of your arrival.

Check Out Time - the villa must be vacated by 10.00am on your departure day.

5% off bookings of 3 weeks

Prices shown are for the property per week.

5% discount for bookings of more than 3 weeks.

Optional pool heat charged at £90/$150 per WEEK.

A deposit of £150/$270 will be required to secure the booking.

A refundable security deposit of £200/$360 will be required at the time of full payment which is due 10 weeks before arrival date.

In the case of a last minute booking full payment is required on booking.

Bookings of less than 7 nights may incur an additional charge of £50/$90 for cleaning.

Cancellation policy: All cancellations to be in writing/fax/e-mail

8 weeks prior - loss of deposit,

6-8 weeks prior - 50% rental charge

4-6 weeks prior - 75% rental charge

less than 4 weeks 100% charge
